Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel Orders:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click the Orders tab
  3. Select the item you want to cancel and click
  4. In case of Prepaid Orders, email us at
    support@epic.com regarding order cancellation.
    Your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours. 

Cancellation Terms

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within
    24–48 hours after cancellation is requested via
    Email or WhatsApp
    (refer to our Contact Page).
  • Payment gateway charges (2–3%) may be deducted from the refund amount.
