At Art of Times, we offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. To ensure your timepiece reaches you safely, we partner with reputed courier services.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping on all orders. In most cases, shipments will be delivered within 4 – 6 working days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s), and the tracking number will become active within 24 – 72 hours.

Damages

If any damage occurs during transit, kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery at support@artoftimes.com
